One of the most dynamic personalities in the Australian culinary scene, Club Marine’s resident chef Bart Beek is an accomplished author, restaurateur and highly-sought after chef presenter.
Bart Beek was trained at the famous Cordon Bleu school in Paris and has worked in some of the finest restaurants in Australia, Hong Kong, USA and France. Currently, he is the owner of the award-winning ‘Essence Food Studio’ in Wyndham, Victoria, an innovative business that blends live music, theatre and culinary instruction.
As Club Marine’s resident chef, Bart Beek writes a series of articles that appear in the ‘Gourmet’ section of every issue of Club Marine Magazine. Each of Bart’s articles provide a fantastic array of recipes along with Bart’s tips and techniques that helps the magazine’s readers create the dishes themselves.
