Combining Koden’s proven echo sounder technology and chartplotter functions without compromising image quality and functionality has been achieved in two new combined plotter/sounder units now available in Australia through Coursemaster Autopilots’ dealers nationally.

The compact Koden Plotter/Sounder unit CVG-80 has a large 8” TFT LCD display with 480 x 640 pixels (VGA) resolution, and boasts the best performance in the 8” class of plotter/sounders offering clear detail in both the chartplotter and fishfinding displays. The larger 10.4” CVG-200 plotter-sounder also offers single/dual presentation and vertical/horizontal split screen presentation.

Both combination units feature dual frequency 50/200 kHz with power outputs of either 600 W or 1 kW. The displays offer 16 colour palettes, 9 background colours, and 13 types of menus in the screen displays catering to any operator’s individual requirements. All this functionality is easy to operate with dedicated keys for all frequently used functions.
